How do we ensure flexibility in education in ways that will meet the changing needs of students?

As new generations of students enter our schools, classrooms and school personnel must be prepared to adapt to new instructional practices that cater to the changing needs of today’s students. Today’s classrooms should provide a learning environment that incorporates not only curricula that is both relevant and aligned with current workforce needs, but that best aligns with how today’s students learn best.
