Teaching Financial Literacy

Today’s students face financial obstacles that previous generations did not. Often, they learn to navigate these issues in the classroom. Yet some teachers themselves do not feel prepared to teach this material. The North Carolina Council on Economic Education has partnered with Fidelity Investments and Wake County Schools to ensure that teachers have the knowledge they need to teach future generations to be financially literate and fiscally responsible.
